Jon is a highly skilled DocuWare and Infolinx technician with eight years’ experience bringing small, medium, and large projects to successful completion in-time and under-budget with very little oversight, from initial discovery through stakeholder consultations, process mapping, software configuration and installation, internal testing, user-acceptance testing, and end-user training. He has a proven reputation for building creative, powerful software solutions that always have the end-user experience in mind.
Jon’s unique combination of records management experience, privacy training, presentation experience, and software development proficiency make him a rarity in the industry.

Ken Oldenburger

Ken has provided records and information management (RIM) consulting services for over twenty-five years to provincial, territorial, regional, municipal and First Nations governments. He has also worked with societies, private corporations and universities.
His experience involves essentially every aspect of RIM, including: filing; disposition processing; developing policies and procedures; assessing, planning and implementing RIM programs; customizing RIM manuals, designing or amending records classification and retention schedules (RCRS); and providing RIM training at all levels. Ken is a founding member of the award-winning Vancouver Island Chapter of ARMA International.
Sphera Data Systems Limited was incorporated in 1990 in Victoria, BC. From then until 2007, Sphera concentrated on providing data processing services to a clientele that was mostly BC provincial government ministries.
These were typically 3-year contracts in which deadlines were often measured in hours rather than days or months, but Sphera developed an outstanding reputation in this high-pressure environment for pro-active attention to client satisfaction and on-the-fly problem-solving
In 2007, Sphera moved to counter a downward trend in the data processing industry by pivoting into the field of records and information management (RIM). Since then, as a subcontractor to File IT Solutions, Sphera’s senior applications developer has excelled in the fields of RIM consulting, Smeadlink/SmeadSoft/TABFusion development, DocuWare development, Infolinx development, and all kinds of related subjects, such as data conversion/processing, reporting, teaching, and training.
